No copy & paste workouts here: I'll write you fully personalised program built around your lifestyle, your fitness goals, training experience, and how often you want to train. 

Coaching App

Coach Jordan in your pocket! Everything you need to reach your goals is in the app, including all your workouts, exercise demo videos, progress tracking, and somewhere to log your workouts & weights each week.

Nutrition Guidance

We'll set realistic and achievable calorie and macronutrient targets to suit your goals, whether thats to pack on muscle, lose body fat, or simply just to enjoy your training.

Accountability & Support

Alongside our face to face sessions, you can message me directly through the app or Whatsapp me when you need additional guidance, feedback or accountability. I'm always only a message away for support, so tell me what you like, what you don't like, & I'll make sure everything is perfect for you!

Frequently asked questions

How long is a session?

Each session is 60 minutes long and will include a warm-up & cool-down relevant to what we will be doing.

Free taster sessions last for 45 minutes.

If you prefer shorter sessions, I also offer 30 or 45 minute sessions - just ask :)

How much does it cost?

I sell in-person PT sessions in packs, to be used within a month. The more you buy, the cheaper it is per session.

Pack of 8 = £45/session = £360

Pack of 4 = £50/session = £200

Pack of 2 = £60/session = £120

Single session = £70

Do you have any special offers?

Yes, for all new clients I offer a special introductory price of only £40/session!

Pack of 12 - £480 - £40/session

This pack lasts for 3 months as well to give you the full chance to take advantage of low price for Personal Training if you're on the fence.

Train with me once per week for 12 weeks and see what you can achieve!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes of course. I realise personal training can be quite daunting, especially starting on your own.

If you would prefer to train as a pair, just let me know when purchasing and during our consultation. The price is exactly the same, you'll both have the same workouts and programme, so you can have PT and split the price with a friend.

How long do I have to use the sessions?

Each pack of sessions is to be used within a month of purchase (except for the introductory offer pack).

Of course exceptions can be made in case either of us are ill or have holidays planned, but we can discuss this as we work together.

Do I need a gym membership?

For in-person PT, you will need to be a member at Total Fitness Wilmslow or purchase a day pass from the gym.

If you have equipment at home, I can also come to your house for the session instead.

Do I have to Track Calories?

The short answer is no, not if you don't want to. No one wants to be tracking every meal they eat for the rest of their life, myself included. But if you do have specific weight or body composition goals you are looking to achieve, then tracking calories and macronutrients is an extremely useful tool to use as a starting point. We will chat through how to get the best out of your nutrition on our consultation and find what suits you.
