Nutrition Guidance

We'll set realistic and achievable calorie and macronutrient targets to suit your goals, whether thats to pack on muscle, lose body fat, or simply just to enjoy your training.

Accountability & Support

You can message me directly through the app or Whatsapp me when you need additional guidance, feedback or accountability. I'm always only a message away for support, so tell me what you like, what you don't like, & I'll make sure everything is perfect for you!

Online Coaching

How does it work?

Initial Setup & Consultation

Once you have signed up, you’ll immediately have access to your online coaching app: The onboarding will automatically guide you through the setup. You'll fill in an online consultation form so that I can best help you with your fitness goals, and tailor your plans to you.

Tailored Exercise & Nutrition Plan

Once you have completed the initial consultation, I’ll get working on your personalised programming. You’ll be able to monitor all of your progress through the app and will have access to on-demand programmes and workouts all included.

On Demand Workouts

You'll find an ever expanding library of workouts inside the app, from circuits to bodyweight to kettlebells to Crossfit style. Perfect if you want to throw in a cheeky extra session that week or try something new to see if you like it!

Full Time Support

Message me directly through the app or just drop me a Whatsapp: I’ll be there to make any adjustments needed to your programming. Too easy, too difficult, not sure what that exercise really is? No problem, everything can be adjusted to suit you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It's only £50 per month for all of the above! There's no minimum commitment or spend, just a recurring payment of just £50 each month. This keeps us both invested, motivated and accountable to each other: I work hard to deliver a great coaching service for you and you get the best out of me and the coaching you paying for.

How is online coaching different to in person personal training?

With in-person personal training, there is a more rigid structure around both our availabilitys to meet at the gym. However, online allows much more flexibility. I will design your tailored exercise programme that you can work through in your own time, when it is most convenient for you. Plus, the flexibility and structure of online coaching means that location is never an issue for keeping you on track.

Do I have to Track Calories?

The short answer is no, not if you don't want to. No one wants to be tracking every meal they eat for the rest of their life, myself included. But if you do have specific weight or body composition goals you are looking to achieve, then tracking calories and macronutrients is an extremely useful tool to use as a starting point. We will discuss how to get the best out of your nutrition during the consultation and find what suits you.

Who is online coaching suitable for?

Anyone and everyone! The beauty of an online coach is that we can work together from anywhere in the world. It doesn't matter what your goals are, it doesn't just have to be all about fat loss or muscle gain. Let's find a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

Do I need a gym membership?

This is preferred, especially if you're looking at getting into strength training and don't have much kit. However, if you're looking for some at home workouts with minimal equipment, this is all fine too. I can adjust to you, your preferences, and lifestyle.

What if I don't know how to do an exercise?

There are video demonstrations for all the exercises in the coaching app for you to watch and follow along. If you find you don't like a particular exercise, or really can't get to grips with one, then there are plenty of alternates that we can swap in and out.

How do check-ins work?

Each week I’ll review your logged workouts, food tracking, any feedback and messages and overall progress from the past week. You can message me at anytime if you need additional support.
