Spin & Strength is a premium indoor cycling programme comprised of 2 spinning sessions per week and an accompanying strength training program, based in Manchester at Total Fitness Wilmslow.

Each session has a specific training goal, optimised to make you fitter, faster, stronger, and more powerful.

All fitness levels are welcome, and the coach by colour structure lets a team of different abilities all achieve the same workout goal!

Unlimited Classes

Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday at 7am, and you can attend as many as you like every month.

Strength Training Programme

FREE strength training programme with 2 workouts a week to compliment your cycling.

Team Spirit

Join the team for good vibes and accountability to push each other further than you thought was possible!

Periodised Training Blocks

Blocks run in 8-12 week mesocycles that you can jump in and out of at any time. Each block has a different training focus to get the most out of your fitness.

Measurable Progress

We do regular testing of your Functional Threshold Power (FTP - your fitness on a bike) so that you can maximise each session.
